Remedy for Gout



Eat cherries in all forms - fresh, or as cherry juice, or in the form of tart cherry extract. It is helpful in the treatment of gout due to its antioxidant property. Cherry also contains anthocyanins which can reduce inflammation as well as lessen the flare ups of gout. Start your day with 10 - 12 cherries.




Bannas are very effective in treating gout. The high amount of potassium present in bananas will help in converting uric acid crystals into liquid form which will be later in flushed out of the body through urination. Bananas are abundant in vitamin C which can be very effective in managing the swelling and pain of the joints. Eat Daily one or two bananas.
